No company can thrive without a great staff that's willing to take on challenges and emerge victorious. At Casa Grande Assisted Living Home, we employ well-trained and large-hearted individuals who truly care about our senior residents.
We Provide Specialized Training to New Staff Members
Once we've ascertained that an individual has what it takes to help others, we will subject them to an intensive training program to polish their skills. We operate on a set base of principles and it is important for a new staff member to understand why we do what we do, and learn to implement it on a daily basis.
Our residents' well-being means everything to us, and we will see to it that all our newly hired caregivers are capable of giving them the attention they deserve.
All Members of Our Caregiving Team Undergo
- Fingerprint scanning
- CPR and first aid training
- Yearly TB testing
- Monthly in-services or an equivalent of 12 CEU annually
- Caregiver Certification
Additionally, we require that all our caregivers have appropriate certifications.
